The development has already attracted a significant number of enquiries from companies interested in fit out work. To help manage this process, West at Work will provide a brokerage service whereby tenants needs will be matched to appropriate suppliers that are registered.

While Cabot Circus promotes the use of local labour, please be aware that many tenants will already have their own fit out teams in place. Equally we require all workers on site to have a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card. Please ensure you are compliant with the scheme before expressing your interest.
